Our bracelets are made with stretch elastic which makes it comfortable and easy to wear.
To measure your size wrap a tape measure tightly around your wrist in the place you would like your bracelet to sit. Once you have the measurement of your wrist size, I suggest adding at least a half of an inch to that measurement. This is if you want it to fit nicely, not tightly, but with not a lot of sliding.
