Terms and Conditions

Processing Time 

All orders are custom-made. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.

Refunds & Returns 

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on custom embroidered or personalized items once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully, including spelling, design selections, sizes, and quantities before submitting their order.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect design, personalization, or item), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

To report a problem with your order, please include: 

• Your order number 

• A description of the issue 

• Clear photos of the item received


Shipping 

We currently ship within the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping carrier. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier and may vary.
