To measure your size wrap a tape measure tightly around your wrist in the place you would like your bracelet to sit. Once you have the measurement of your wrist size, I suggest adding at least a half of an inch to that measurement. This is if you want it to fit nicely, not tightly, but with not a lot of sliding.

TO USE AS A DIFFUSER:
Use 1-3 drops of your favorite (or complimenting) essential oil to the lava beads and rub them in with your fingers. You can also rub the excess oil into your hands for extra effect. Re-apply the essential oils to your bracelet as needed or every couple days.
